Managing activity logs

This has to do with the recording of events, those are what you have been doing since you logged into the application.

How to view all users' activity log

You must be an admin user and granted global view privilege before you are able to view all users' log.

  1. Login to the system
  2. Click on your picture or name at the top right corner
  3. Select Activity Log
  4. Then click on All Users' Log tab if you have been granted Global View Access

How to view your activity log

  1. Login to the system
  2. Click on your picture or name at the top right corner
  3. Select Activity Log
  4. On Your Activity Log tab, you will see all of your activities.

Search activity log with dates

  1. Login to the system
  2. Click on your picture or name at the top right corner
  3. Select Activity Log
  4. On Your Activity log tab or All Users' log tab, you will see all of your activities.
  5. Select dates from the From box and the To box, and click Apply button to search log items based on the selected dates.

How to delete log item(s)

  1. Login to the system
  2. Click on your picture or name at the top right corner
  3. Select Activity Log
  4. On Your Activity Log tab, you will see all of your activities.
  5. On the first page or click on Next button to go to the next page, select a checkbox or checkboxes of items you want to delete, click on Delete link at the top right corner of the table to delete.
